- (A) Sugar : 大さじ4
- (A) Sauce : 大さじ4
- (A) Ketchup : 大さじ3
- (A) Instant coffee : 小さじ1
- 酒溶き片栗粉 : 適量

Slice the onion into 5mm wide slices.
Peel the garlic cloves and thinly slice. -

Heat a frying pan, add butter and garlic.
Add the beef and heat it while loosening it, spread it on a frying pan and add a brown color.
When it is browned, flip it over and add the onion.
When the onions are soft, add salt and pepper and sauté. -
