Place the banana and sugar in a bowl and mash roughly with a fork.
Crack the eggs into the mixture and mix lightly.
Add (A) and mix with a rubber spatula.
Add (B) to a separate bowl and mix with a whisk, then add to the banana bowl and mix well with a rubber spatula.
Finely chop the walnuts and add to the batter, reserving a small amount for the topping. -
