- 砂糖 : 70~90g
- 卵 : 4個
- 薄力粉 : 40g

Heat the milk in a 500W microwave for 1-2 minutes.
Add 1/3 of the warmed milk to a bowl, add sliced cheese and mix with a rubber spatula.
Heat in a 500W microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Mix again, add the rest of the milk and mix with a rubber spatula.
Add sugar and mix with a whipper.
Add the cake flour while sifting and mix.
Add eggs, salad oil, and lemon juice while mixing in that order. -

Pour 1 into the inner pot of the rice cooker.
Cook the rice normally and check the condition after 30 minutes.
Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Keep warm for 30 minutes. -

Point
・Use 70g of sugar if you want it to be less sweet, and 90g if you want it to be sweeter. (80g in the video)
・When heating the milk, heat it while keeping an eye on it.
・Do not heat the milk with cheese in the microwave. Warm the milk before adding the cheese and melting.
・Do not add more than 80g of milk to 60g of cheese, as it is highly likely that the cheese will not completely melt.
・At first, mix with a wooden spatula or rubber spatula, not with a whisk. (Spoons are fine.)
・To check the doneness when the dough is baked, if the middle part of the dough is not cooked enough, keep it warm for about 30 minutes.
・After baking, remove the rough heat and put it in the refrigerator to cool.
・Sprinkle with powdered sugar and bake with a gas burner for a different flavor.
