Ingredients
- Somen : 100g-200g
 - 長ネギ : 1/2本
 - 豚バラスライス : 70g
 - (A) water : 200ml
 - (A) Chicken stock base : 小さじ2
 - (A) sugar : 小さじ1
 - (A) Katakuriko : 小さじ1
 - (A) Soy sauce : 小さじ2
 - (A) Garlic tube : 小さじ1
 - (A) Ginger tube : 小さじ1
 - 小ネギ : 適量
 - Chili Oil : 適量

Procedure

                        boil somen noodles

Boil water (not listed) in a pot.
Add somen noodles and boil for specified time.
Drain in a colander and rinse off the slime with running water.
Drain and serve in a bowl. -
