Cut the shiitake mushrooms into 5 mm wide strips.
Cut the shiitake stems in half lengthwise.
Chop the shimeji mushrooms, maitake mushrooms, and king oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Chop the garlic and onions. -
