- Granulated sugar (for caramel sauce) : 80g
- お湯 : 大さじ2
- (A) egg white : 6個分
- (A) Vanilla oil : 6振り
- (A) Granulated sugar : 70g
- (B) fresh cream : 200ml
- (B) condensed milk : 40g
- (B)牛乳 : 100g

Procedure

make caramel sauce

Put granulated sugar (for caramel sauce) in a pan and heat over medium heat.
Heat the pan, shaking, until browned, 1 minute.
Heat for another 10 seconds and turn off the heat when it boils.
Cover with aluminum foil and pour hot water into the hole.
Shake the pot to mix.
Pour into molds and cool. -

Add warmed (B) to (A), mix with a whisk and filter.
Pour into mold. -
