  • cooked rice : 150-200g
  • 鶏むね肉 : 80g
  • オリーブオイル : 大さじ1/2
  • 塩コショウ : 4振り
  • 卵 : 1個
  • (A) Ketchup : 大さじ1と1/2
  • (A) Yakiniku sauce : 大さじ1と1/2

Procedure

  1. 1) Prepare the chicken breast 04:18

    Remove skin from chicken breast and finely chop.

  2. 2) チキンライスを作る 05:40

    フライパンにオリーブオイルを入れて中火にかける。
    オリーブオイルが温まったら、1と塩コショウを加えて炒める。
    鶏むね肉から出た水分が飛んだら、(A)を加えて炒める。
    鶏むね肉に調味料が絡んだらご飯を加え、ほぐしながら炒め合わせる。
    全体に色付いたらお椀に移し、裏返してお皿に盛る。

  3. 3) 目玉焼きを作る 07:32

    フライパンを弱火にかけ、卵を割り入れる。
    白身が完全に固まるまで、弱火で火を通す。

  4. 4) 盛り付ける 07:50

    2の上に3を乗せたら完成。

Point
