  • cold rice : 2 bowls

  • Pizza cheese (for Pokkun Pap) : Appropriate amount

Procedure

    Put all (A) in a bowl and mix.

    Leave 2 tablespoons of sauce for pokkunpap (for fried rice), add the rest to a bowl of chicken thighs cut into bite-sized pieces, knead and let sit for about 10 minutes.
