Ingredients
- 鶏もも肉 : 200g
- れんこん : 50g
- 大根 : 5cm幅ほど
- 人参 : 1/3本
- ほうれん草 : 2~3束
- 切り餅 : 2個
- 柚子皮 : 少々
- 水 : 600㏄~700㏄
- だしパック : 1袋
- (A) Mirin : 大さじ2
- (A) salt : 小さじ1
- (A) Soy sauce : 1 and 1/2 tbsp

Procedure

Prepare chicken thighs

Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Add cut chicken thighs and water to a frying pan and heat. -

Cut the lotus root into half moons.
Put the cut lotus root in a bowl with vinegar water (not listed).
Cut the radish into ginkgo pieces.
Cut the carrot into half moons. -

1 Remove the boiled chicken thighs from the frying pan.
Soak chicken thighs in water.
Add the dashi pack, 2 lotus roots, daikon radish, and carrots to a frying pan from which the chicken thigh meat has been removed, and heat.
Add spinach and boil for about 30 seconds.
Remove the lotus root, daikon radish and carrot from the frying pan and soak in water. -

Rub the boiled juice from the frying pan in step 3 on a colander with kitchen paper.
Cut the spinach into bite-sized pieces and put them in a Tupperware container.
Cut off the root of the spinach and cut it in half.

Drain the chicken thighs from Step 3 and put them in a Tupperware container. -

器に4の根野菜と鶏もも肉をひく。
6の餅を器に加え5の汁をかける。
餅の上に野菜を飾り柚子皮をのせて完成。
Point
・You can use 2 teaspoons of Japanese-style dashi granules for the dashi pack.
・Cut out carrots may be used.
・Remove the scum that comes out when the root vegetables are boiled.
・Crush the vegetables first so that the mochi doesn't stick to the bowl.
