  • (A) Umami seasoning : 5振り
  • (A) Black pepper : 適量
  • 中華麺 : 1袋
  • ラー油 : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) Prepare the ingredients 02:08

    Wash the Chinese cabbage, cut it in half lengthwise, and then cut it into 2cm pieces.
    Thoroughly wash the carrots, cut them into thin slices, and place them on a cutting board.
    Cut off the stems from the shiitake mushrooms and cut into thin slices.
    Wash the chives, cut off the roots, and cut into 3cm pieces.
    Peel the garlic, crush it with the back of a knife, and roughly chop.
    Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
