  • 卵 : 1個
  • ニラ : 3本
  • (A)中華顆粒だし : 小さじ1
  • (A)醤油 : 小さじ2
  • white roasted sesame : 小さじ1/2
  • Sesame oil : 小さじ1

Procedure

  1. 1) Combine chives with seasonings 01:29

    Wash the chives with water.
    Finely chop the chives with kitchen scissors and put them in a bowl.
    Add (A) to a bowl and mix.
    Add toasted white sesame seeds and sesame oil to a bowl and mix.

    鍋にお湯(分量外)をわかす。
    氷水をつくる。
    鍋にそうめんを加え1分30秒~2分ゆがく。

    卵を白身と黄身にわけボウルに入れる。

  4. 4) そうめんを仕上げる 04:02

    2のそうめんを流水を流しながら手で洗う。
    そうめんを氷水につけ水気を切る。
    卵白の入ったボウルにそうめんを加え混ぜ合わせる。

  5. 5) 盛り付ける 05:30

    4のそうめんをお皿にのせる。
    1のニラをそうめんの上にかけ卵黄をのせて完成。

Point

・You can substitute green onions for chives.
