- (A)中華顆粒だし : 小さじ1
- (A)醤油 : 小さじ2
- white roasted sesame : 小さじ1/2

そうめんを氷水につけ水気を切る。
卵白の入ったボウルにそうめんを加え混ぜ合わせる。 -

1のニラをそうめんの上にかけ卵黄をのせて完成。
Point
・You can substitute green onions for chives.
