Ingredients
- broccoli : 1/2 share (180g)
- 鶏胸肉 : 1/2枚(120g)
- 椎茸 : 2 sheets
- 豆乳 : 2カップ
- 片栗粉 : 大さじ1
- スープの素 : 小さじ2
- オリーブ油 : 大さじ1/2
- 塩 : 小さじ1/2
- 胡椒 : 適量

Prepare the ingredients

Divide the washed broccoli into florets and finely chop.
Finely chop the shiitake mushrooms, removing any hard parts from the stems.
Cut the chicken breast into 1cm cubes.
Sprinkle potato starch over the chicken breasts. -

Heat olive oil and add broccoli and shiitake mushrooms.
Add water, cover and steam.
Add soy milk and soup base and mix.
When it boils, add the chicken breast.
Lower the heat and cover with a lid.
Stir to thicken.
