Ingredients
- frozen seafood mix : 100g
- 玉ねぎ : 1/2個
- セロリ : 1本
- パクチー : 1株

Wash frozen seafood mix.
Thinly slice the onion and soak it in water.
Slice the celery diagonally and roughly chop the leaves.
Cut the coriander into 2 cm wide pieces.
Wrap the garlic in plastic wrap and crush it by hitting it with a cotton swab. -

Boil water in a pot and add sake and salt.
Add minced pork and boil for about 2 minutes while lightly loosening and removing scum.
When the color changes and the fire goes through, drain the water and transfer it to a bowl.
Boil the frozen seafood mix from step 1 for about 2 minutes, drain and transfer to a bowl.
Add the vermicelli and boil for the indicated time.
After boiling, lightly wash with running water and drain well.
Also use kitchen paper to wipe off the moisture. -

Point
・If you are concerned about the smell of the frozen seafood mix, you can easily remove the smell by rubbing potato starch into it and then washing it with water.
・If you don't like coriander, you don't have to use it.
・By boiling the ingredients in one pot and adding the vermicelli, the umami of the ingredients can be transferred to the vermicelli.
・Lime can be used instead of lemon juice.
・You can increase or decrease the amount of red pepper to your liking.
