Ingredients
- Chicken thigh : 300g
- Leek : 1/2
- tomato : 1/2 piece
- rice : Appropriate amount
- oil : 1 tablespoon
- Chopped garlic : a little
- Chopped ginger : a little
- Sesame oil : 1 tsp
- Liquor : 2 tablespoons
- Tianmian sauce : 2 tablespoons
- Doubanjiang : 1 tsp

Cut chicken into 2 cm squares, put in a bowl, lightly salt and pepper, add sake, and knead well. Add potato starch and knead further.
Cut the green onions diagonally to a width of 1 cm. -

When the chicken is cooked, add the green onions and fry.
When the green onions are oiled, add the sauce from 2), mix them, and sprinkle with sesame oil.
For the first time in a bowl, serve rice, line up comb-shaped tomatoes around it, and sprinkle stir-fried chicken onions over it to complete.
Point
・ When cutting chicken thighs, it is easier to cut with the skin down.
・ Tomatoes may or may not be present. The stir-fried chicken onion on top has a strong taste, so it's best to add it to make it refreshing.
・ If you prefer spicy food, you can sprinkle some chili peppers on it and then eat it.
