Cut the broccoli stalks and score the florets into florets.

Point
・If you don't like spicy food, you can reduce the number of dried red peppers to 1.
・Adjust the amount of sesame oil according to the amount of broccoli.
・The broccoli stalks from Step 1 are tough and have streaks in their skin, so cut them into thick slices.
・When crushing the garlic in step 1, you can use a wooden spatula or rice scoop to crush it.
・In step 3, the garlic and chili peppers tend to burn easily, so it's a good idea to put them on top of the broccoli and heat them up.
