Ingredients
- 豚バラ肉 : 150g
- じゃがいも : 2個
- 玉ねぎ : 1/4個

- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1と1/2

Peel the potatoes and cut them into 7-8mm half moons.
Add olive oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
Arrange the potatoes and fry over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes. -

Cut the pork belly into desired size pieces and sprinkle with salt.
Check the doneness in Step 1 and then fry the other side for 3 to 4 minutes.

Point

・Chop the garlic finely.
・Use thinly sliced pork belly.
・Step 2 is to let the potatoes absorb the oil from the pork belly.
・If the pork belly has a lot of oil, the flavors will blend better if you wipe it gently with kitchen paper.
