  • こんにゃく : 1枚(約270g)
  • 塩 : 小さじ2
  • 水 : 適量
  • ごま油 : 適量
  • (A)酒 : 大さじ2
  • (A)みりん : 大さじ2
  • (A)醤油 : 大さじ2
  • (A)砂糖 : 大さじ1
  • (A)輪切り唐辛子 : a pinch
  • 小ネギ : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) こんにゃくの下処理をする 00:10

    Make 2-3 mm diagonal cuts on both sides of the konnyaku.
    Cut the konjac into bite-sized pieces.
    Add konnyaku and salt to a bowl and mix.
    Wash the konnyaku under running water and drain it into a colander.

    Add the konnyaku from Step 1 and water and bring to a boil over medium heat.
    Boil for 2 minutes and drain in a colander.

    Stir-fry the konnyaku from Step 2 over medium heat.

    Place the konnyaku in a storage container and cool it in the refrigerator.

Point

- If you rub the konnyaku with your hands until the water comes out, the smell of the konnyaku will go away and it will become more delicious.
