- 塩 : 小さじ2
- 水 : 適量
- ごま油 : 適量
- (A)酒 : 大さじ2
- (A)みりん : 大さじ2
- (A)醤油 : 大さじ2
- (A)砂糖 : 大さじ1
- (A)輪切り唐辛子 : a pinch
- 小ネギ : 適量

こんにゃくの下処理をする

Make 2-3 mm diagonal cuts on both sides of the konnyaku.
Cut the konjac into bite-sized pieces.
Add konnyaku and salt to a bowl and mix.
Wash the konnyaku under running water and drain it into a colander. -

Boil the konjac

Add the konnyaku from Step 1 and water and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Boil for 2 minutes and drain in a colander. -

Stir-fry the konnyaku from Step 2 over medium heat.
Add the sauce from step 3 to the frying pan and bring to a boil.

Place the konnyaku in a storage container and cool it in the refrigerator. -

Point
- If you rub the konnyaku with your hands until the water comes out, the smell of the konnyaku will go away and it will become more delicious.
・To make it easier for the flavor to absorb into the konnyaku, drain it in a colander after parboiling and do not soak it in water.
・Fry the konjac until the surface changes color and you hear crackling sounds.
・You can store it in an airtight storage container in the refrigerator for about a week.
・The required time does not include time to cool in the refrigerator.
