- Autumn salmon : 2 slices
- ご飯 : 400g
- (A) Alcohol : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1/2

- (B) Salt : 小さじ1/2
- (B) Black pepper : 適量
- (C) White roasted sesame seeds : 大さじ1
- (C) Green onion (cut into small pieces) : 5本分

Add salad oil to a frying pan and heat.
Arrange the autumn salmon skin side down and fry over medium heat.
Once browned, turn over and cook. -
