大葉の下準備をする

大葉を洗い、キッチンペーパーで水気を取り、フリーザーパックに入れる。

大葉を漬け込む

1にめんつゆを入れる。
唐辛子は種を取り、手でちぎり、1に入れる。
フリーザーパックの空気を抜く。
冷蔵庫で1晩寝かせる。 -

盛り付ける
