- 椎茸 : 1〜2個
- 片栗粉 : 大さじ1と1/2
- (A)Water : 250ml
- (A) Mentsuyu : 大さじ4と1/2
- (A) Grated ginger : 1/2 piece (3cm)
- 冷凍うどん : 1袋
- ごま油 : 大さじ1/2
- ブラックペッパー : 適量
- ラー油 : 適量

Prepare the ingredients

Wipe the dirt off the shiitake mushrooms with a damp paper towel.
Remove the stones from the shiitake mushrooms and chop finely.
Cut the pork belly into 0.5cm to 1cm wide pieces. -

・You can substitute boiled udon for frozen udon.
・If you don't like shiitake mushrooms and ginger, you don't need to add them.
・In the video, a tube of ginger is used, but you can also grate fresh ginger.
・You can also add chopped onions, green onions, and tenkasu.
