Put the lotus root in a bag, pound it, and tear it into bite-sized pieces with your hands.
Put it back into the bag, add (A) and rub it to give it a seasoning.
Let stand for 5 minutes. -

Heat a large amount of oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add lotus root and fry.
When it starts to brown, reduce the heat to low and let it cook further.

Point
・Lotus roots are rich in vitamin C and have a strong antioxidant effect, so they can be expected to have a fatigue recovery effect and improve immunity.
・Use lotus roots with the skin on.
・For step 1, cut the lotus root into 4 equal parts and place them in a plastic bag.
・Grate the ginger.
・Step 1 is to let the seasonings blend in, then remove the air and let the flavors blend in.
