Ingredients

Cut the sweet potatoes and mushrooms.

Heat a frying pan over high heat and add the butter and onions.
Add sweet potatoes and stir-fry.
Add garlic and sauté, then add mushrooms and sauté.
Add salt and stir.
Reduce the heat to medium, cover and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add (A) and simmer over high heat.
When it comes to a boil, reduce the heat to medium, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the clams and milk, turn up the heat to high, cover and steam-fry for 5 minutes.

Point
・Use shiitake mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, and mushrooms.
・Use unsalted butter.
・When cutting the sweet potatoes in step 1, cut them into 1cm cubes with the skin on.
