- (A)Oyster sauce : 大さじ1

Pour sesame oil into a frying pan and heat it.
Add the shimeji mushrooms and fry lightly, moving them to the edges.
Crack an egg into the empty space, loosen it with chopsticks, and stir-fry.
When the eggs are half-cooked, stir-fry them with the shimeji mushrooms.
Add (A) and stir-fry. -
