- Chocolate (bitter) : 50g
- Fresh cream : 125cc
- milk : 125cc
- egg : 1 whole egg + 2 yolks
- sugar : 40g
- Finishing sugar : 1/3 tbsp

When checking the degree of baking, it is recommended to shake the bowl after baking for about 10 minutes to check the hardness of the dough. If the dough is wavy, add a little more for about 5 minutes and heat it.
