玉ねぎはみじん切りにして耐熱ボウルに入れる。
バターを加えてラップをし、500Wの電子レンジで1分加熱する。 -

ハンバーグのタネを作る

小さいボウルにパン粉と牛乳を入れ混ぜて浸しておく。
別のボウルにひき肉、オイスターソース、しょうゆ、砂糖、玉ねぎソテー、牛乳に浸したパン粉を入れ、よく混ぜる。
粘り気が出るまで混ざったら、まとめるようにこねる。 -
