Ingredients

  • ごま油 : 大さじ1
  • にんにく : 2~3個
  • しょうが : 1片
  • 長ねぎ : 1/2本
  • 豚バラ肉 : 350g
  • 紹興酒 : 大さじ2
  • オイスターソース : 大さじ3
  • 醤油 : 大さじ1
  • 五香粉 : 小さじ1/2
  • 水 : 150~200cc
  • 鶏がらスープの素 : 小さじ1/2
  • ニラ : 適量
  • パクチー : 適量
  • きゅうり : 適量
  • 小ねぎ : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) 下ごしらえをする 00:33

    にんにくは皮をむいて粗みじん切りにする。
    しょうがはみじん切りにする。
    白ねぎはみじん切りにする。

  2. 2) 加熱する 01:40

    フライパンにごま油を入れ、1をすべて入れて中火にかけて香りを出す。
    2分くらい炒めたら豚バラ肉を細かく切って加える。
    強火にして半分火が入るくらいまで炒める。
    紹興酒を加えてアルコールを飛ばす。
    肉に火が入ったらオイスターソース、醤油を加えて炒め合わせる。
    はちみつを加えて、焦がさないように炒める。
    五香粉を加えて香りを付ける。
    水、鶏がらスープの素を入れて煮立たせる。
    中火で汁が半量になるまで煮る。

  3. 3) 薬味を切る 07:08

    ニラ、パクチー、小ねぎは細かく刻む。
    きゅうりは細かい角切りにする。

  4. 4) 盛り付け 08:18
