Ingredients

  • Cotton tofu (cut into 3 cm cubes) : 1 (300g)
  • Minced pork : 150g
  • Long onion (cut into small pieces) : 1 bottle (100g)
  • (A) Miso : 1 tablespoon
  • (A) Grated garlic and grated ginger : 1 teaspoon each
  • (B) Water : 200cc
  • (B) Soy sauce : 1 tbsp and 1/2 tbsp
  • (B) Oyster sauce : 1 tbsp and 1/2 tbsp
  • (B) Sesame oil : 1 tsp
  • (B) Chicken soup base : 1/2 tbsp
  • (B) Sugar : 1/2 tbsp
  • (B) Pepper : a little
  • Water-soluble potato starch : Water + potato starch 2 tablespoons each
  • Chili Oil : as you like

Procedure

  1. 1) Cut the green onions 00:39

    Cut the green onions into small pieces.
    Set aside a small amount of the green part for decoration.

    Cut the tofu into 3 cm squares without draining.

    Mix minced pork, green onions, and (A) in a heat-resistant bowl with a diameter of 18 cm.
