Ingredients
- Cotton tofu (cut into 3 cm cubes) : 1 (300g)
- Minced pork : 150g
- Long onion (cut into small pieces) : 1 bottle (100g)
- (A) Miso : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Grated garlic and grated ginger : 1 teaspoon each
- (B) Water : 200cc
- (B) Soy sauce : 1 tbsp and 1/2 tbsp
- (B) Oyster sauce : 1 tbsp and 1/2 tbsp
- (B) Sesame oil : 1 tsp
- (B) Chicken soup base : 1/2 tbsp
- (B) Sugar : 1/2 tbsp
- (B) Pepper : a little
- Water-soluble potato starch : Water + potato starch 2 tablespoons each
- Chili Oil : as you like

Cut the green onions

Cut the green onions into small pieces.
Set aside a small amount of the green part for decoration. -

Cut the tofu into 3 cm squares without draining.

Mix minced pork, green onions, and (A) in a heat-resistant bowl with a diameter of 18 cm.

Heat in a 600w microwave for 8 minutes without wrapping.
Mix while checking the streets of the minced meat. -

Heat in a 600w microwave for 2 minutes without wrapping.
Mix the whole and serve on a plate. Sprinkle with chili oil if you like.

・ Mix minced meat and green onions with miso and flavored vegetables to make it look like stir-fried.
・ If you use miso and oyster sauce without tianmian sauce, you can get a full-fledged mapo tofu taste.
・ If the potato starch remains undissolved, it will become lumpy, so stir it well.
・ When mixing the water-soluble potato starch, mix it in a large circle so as not to crush the tofu.
・ Finally, sprinkle with sesame oil to increase the flavor and make it delicious with a small amount of oil.
