Ingredients
- 牛肉 : 300g

Cut the carrots into thin strips using a slicer and add them to the pot.

Add beef tallow, water, chicken bones, sake, gochujang, mirin, and honey and simmer.

・Beef can be replaced with pork.
- Adding beef tallow adds flavor and richness to the meat.
・All you need to do is soak the rice paper briefly in water.
・Rice paper mochi can be arranged by wrapping sausages together with cheese.
- Spinach, chives, and green onions cook easily, so add them at the end.
・Cut the spinach and chives into 5cm wide pieces, and cut the green onions diagonally into slices.
