Ingredients
- さつまいも : 150~160g
- 冷凍パイシート : 2枚
- バター : 20g
- 砂糖 : 大さじ3
- 牛乳 : 70㏄
- 卵黄 : 2個分
- バニラアイス : 大さじ1
- 黒ごま : 適量

Procedure

Make sweet potato dough

Wash and peel the sweet potatoes.
Cut the sweet potato in half lengthwise and slice.
Soak in water for 2 minutes and wash under running water.
Place the sweet potato in a heat-resistant container, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in a 500W microwave for 4 minutes.
Transfer the sweet potatoes to a bowl.
Warm it in the microwave and add the melted butter, sugar, vanilla and milk and mix.
Place in Tupperware and divide into 8 equal parts. -

Cut the frozen puff pastry sheet into 16 pieces lengthwise.
Poke holes in 8 pieces with a fork.
Make 5 cuts in the remaining 8 sheets.
Place the sweet potato from Step 1 on top of the frozen pie sheet that has been pricked with a fork.
Cover with frozen puff pastry sheet with 5 slits.
Mash around the frozen puff pastry with a fork.
Make 8 of the same thing. -

溶いた卵黄を2のパイシートにぬり黒ごまをかける。
1200Wのトースターで15分焼く。
7分経過したらアルミホイルをかぶせて焼いて完成。
Point
・I use 18cm x 18cm frozen pie sheets.
・Recommended as a Christmas dessert.
・Separate the egg yolk using a boiling sterilized spoon.
・Easy to make in a toaster.
-If you like it sweeter, add a little sugar to the egg yolk.
