  • 無塩バター : 15g
  • レモン : 適量

  1. 1) バナメイエビの下準備をする 02:05

    ボウルにバナメイエビ、片栗粉、塩を入れて、よく揉み込む。
    5分おき、よく水洗いする。
    キッチンバサミでバナメイエビの尾を斜めに切り落とす。
    バナメイエビの足を切り落とす。
    竹串などで背わたを取り除く。
    キッチンペーパーで水気を拭き取る。
