Procedure

  1. 1) 生地を作る 00:22

    フライパンに(A)を入れて混ぜ、沸騰させる。
    火を止めて強力粉を加える。
    ゆっくりと全体をお湯と馴染ませるように混ぜる。
    お湯が強力粉に行き渡ったら全体を一つにまとめる。
    まとまったらフタをして15分休ませる。

    台の上に小麦粉(分量外)を広げて、1を置いてこねる。
    生地が滑らかになったら転がして棒状にする。
    6等分に切り、それぞれを丸める。
    めん棒で丸く伸ばし、丸い型で抜く。
    残りの生地も同じように型で抜く。

    フライパンを中火で温める。
    2を乗せて、ヘラで押さえながら焼く。
    片面を軽く焼き固めたら裏返して同じように軽く焼き固める。
    両面に焼き色がついてきたら、ヘラで軽く生地をたたくようにしながら焼く。
    生地の中に空気が入って膨らむまで焼いたら完成。
