- Moroccan green beans : 400g

Boil firm tofu

Cut the firm tofu into cubes and place in the frying pan.
Add water (not listed) and bring to a boil. -

Cut the green onion diagonally.
Remove the seeds from the hawk claw and chop.
Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
Finely chop the ginger.
