- にんじん : 適量
- 里芋 : 適量

- (A) Dashi pack : 5 packs

- 三つ葉 : 適量
- ゆず : 適量
- 長ネギ : 適量
- ごま油 : 適量
- 餅 : 適量

Prepare the ingredients

Peel the radish and cut into pieces.
Slice the shiitake mushrooms.
Peel the carrot and cut into pieces.
Cut the burdock root into chunks while turning.
Peel the skin of the taro and cut into pieces.
Cut the lotus root into small pieces.
Cut the green onions.
Tear the konnyaku with a spoon.
Cut the chicken thighs into the same size as the vegetables. -

Heat a pot and add sesame oil.
Add chicken thighs and stir-fry.
When the chicken thighs turn white, add all the ingredients except the green onions and stir-fry.
Add (A) and simmer.
Add (B) and mix.
Taste and adjust salt.
Simmer on low heat.
Bake mochi.
Take out the dashi pack. -

Put the green onions in the pot from step 2, boil them, and put them in a bowl.
