Ingredients
- cut mochi : 2 pieces
- 豆乳 : 100㏄
- 卵 : 2個

Place cut mochi and soy milk in a heat-resistant bowl.
Heat in a 600W microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Crush the mochi with a rubber spatula.
Mix with a whisk until smooth.
Add honey and mix.
Crack in the eggs one at a time, stirring each time. -
