  • Chicken thigh : 2 sheets (540g)
  • onion : 1 piece (200g)
  • Green onion (blue part) : as you like
  • egg : 4-5 pieces
  • (A) Water : 1 and 1/2 cup
  • (A) Mentsuyu (3 times concentrated) : 6 tbsp
  • (A) Sugar : 1 tablespoon
  • (A) Soy sauce : 2 tsp
  • Chopped glue : as you like
  • seven spice blend : as you like

Procedure

  1. 1) Fry chicken thighs and onions on a hot plate 00:33

    Put bite-sized chicken thighs and 1 cm wide sliced onions on a hot plate and fry until the color changes.
