Wash the apples thoroughly and cut them lengthwise into 8 pieces.
Remove the seeds and core from the apples, then cut each apple crosswise into equal pieces.
Place apples and sugar in a heat-resistant bowl and mix with a rubber spatula.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and heat in a 500W microwave for 5 minutes.
Remove the plastic wrap and mix.
Remove rough fever. -

春巻きの皮の角を手前にして広げ、手前に水分をよく切った1を乗せてひと巻きし、両側を内側に折り、手前から巻き、巻き終わりに水(分量外)をつけて巻く。
残りも同様に巻く。 -
