Ingredients
- egg : 2 pieces
- 絹豆腐 : 1/2丁
- (A)Water : 大さじ2
- (A) Granule soup : 小さじ1

Place the silken tofu in a bowl and mix with a whisk.
Add (A) and mix until it becomes a paste.
Crack in the eggs and mix.
Mix everything together with a rubber spatula. -

Place a large sheet of plastic wrap on a heat-resistant plate, mix step 1 again, and then pour the mixture.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and heat in a 600W microwave for 9 minutes.
Peel off the top plastic wrap.
Roll the egg using the plastic wrap that was laid out, then wrap it in plastic wrap and let it sit for 2 to 3 minutes. -
