Ingredients
- Chikuwa : 4 bottles
- ポテトサラダ : 120g
- ピザ用チーズ : 30g
- (A)小麦粉 : 大さじ4
- (A)水 : 大さじ3
- サラダ油 : 適量

衣をつくる

別のボウルに(A)を入れ、ダマが残る程度に軽く混ぜ合わせる。

フライパンに底から1cm程度のサラダ油を入れ、弱中火で温める。
180度に温まったら、2に衣をつけて揚げる。
時々転がしながら、全体に揚げ色がついたら完成。
