Procedure

  1. 1) ご飯を炊く 01:45

    米を研いで30分浸水させる。
    すし飯の目盛りに合わせて水を入れて炊飯する。

    鍋に(A)を入れて火にかける。
    砂糖が溶けたら冷ましておく。

    ご飯が炊けたらボウルに入れ、2を回しかける。
    下からすくうように混ぜたあと、しゃもじで切るように混ぜる。
    常温に置いて冷ましておく。
