Ingredients
- Cotton tofu : 1 chome
- onion : 1 piece
- Carrots : 1/2
- green pepper : Three
- Salad oil : 1 tablespoon
- Grated garlic : 1 tsp
- Ginger : 1 tsp
- water : 100ml
- Curry roux : 2 pieces
- ketchup : 1 tablespoon
- Worcestershire sauce : 1 tablespoon
- miso : 1/2 tbsp

Prepare tofu

Wrap the cotton tofu in a double layer of kitchen paper, put it in a heat-resistant container, and heat it in a 600w microwave oven for 3 minutes.
Remove the paper while being careful of burns, pour it into a colander and drain it. -

Peel and chop the onions.
Peel the carrots and chop them into horns.
Cut the peppers in half, remove the calyx and seeds, and chop them. -

Fry vegetables and tofu

Put the vegetable oil in a frying pan and light it to warm it.
Fry the onions and carrots over medium heat.
When the onions are clear and tender, put the tofu in the center and break it with a spatula.
When the tofu becomes lumpy, add grated garlic, ginger and peppers and fry over medium heat. -

When the peppers are tender, add water and curry roux, turn off the heat and melt them together.
When the roux melts, heat it over low heat and mix. -

Set it to high heat to remove the water and it's done.

・ Crush the tofu in the center of the frying pan until it becomes lumpy.
・ Since there is little juice, melt the roux in the juice while pulling the ingredients.
・ Choose the spiciness of the curry according to your taste, and if it is sweet, add sugar to adjust it.
・ By making the tofu into a rag, it is finished as a keema curry that looks like using meat.
