Ingredients

  • Cotton tofu : 1 chome
  • onion : 1 piece
  • Carrots : 1/2
  • green pepper : Three
  • Salad oil : 1 tablespoon
  • Grated garlic : 1 tsp
  • Ginger : 1 tsp
  • water : 100ml
  • Curry roux : 2 pieces
  • ketchup : 1 tablespoon
  • Worcestershire sauce : 1 tablespoon
  • miso : 1/2 tbsp

Procedure

  1. 1) Prepare tofu 00:41

    Wrap the cotton tofu in a double layer of kitchen paper, put it in a heat-resistant container, and heat it in a 600w microwave oven for 3 minutes.
    Remove the paper while being careful of burns, pour it into a colander and drain it.

    Peel and chop the onions.
    Peel the carrots and chop them into horns.
    Cut the peppers in half, remove the calyx and seeds, and chop them.
