- (A)Oyster sauce : 小さじ1
- (A) Umami seasoning : 3振り
- 塩 : 適量
- コショウ : 適量

Cut off the roots of the white onions and thinly slice them diagonally.
Slice the garlic into 3mm width pieces, and cut the beef belly into 5cm width pieces. -

Heat a frying pan over low heat, add sesame oil and spread evenly.
Tilt the frying pan toward you and add the garlic toward you, keeping it tilted until the aroma transfers to the sesame oil.
When the garlic is browned, remove it to a small plate and increase the heat to medium-high.
Add the beef belly, loosen it, add a good amount of salt and pepper, and stir-fry lightly.
When it heats up to a certain extent, add white onions and stir-fry.
Add garlic and stir-fry, then add (A) and mix.
