- Sliced chili pepper : 適量
- (A) Salad oil : 2 tablespoons
- (A) Garlic tube : 小さじ1
- (A) Ginger tube : 小さじ1
- (B) Miso : 大さじ3
- (B) Mirin : 大さじ2

Cut the chives into 1cm pieces.

Add (A) to a frying pan, stir gently and place over low heat.
Once boiling, turn off the heat, add the sliced chili peppers and stir gently to infuse the aroma.
Heat for 1 to 2 minutes using residual heat, then turn the heat back on and add 1 and stir fry.
Once the salad oil has been thoroughly mixed, turn off the heat.
Add (B) and mix lightly, then turn the heat back on and mix well.
Once everything is well combined, turn off the heat and let it sit for 5 minutes and it's done.
Point
Instead of chives, you can use finely chopped spring onions.
You can leave out the chilli if you like.
- The fire is turned off because it is prone to splashing, but if possible, you can work without turning off the fire.
- For ease of use, wrap in plastic wrap, divide into 8 portions and freeze.
・If adding it to instant noodles, use more hot water than specified.
-We also recommend putting it on rice and topping it with raw egg and soy sauce, or adding it to stir-fried vegetables.
