- (A)オートミール : 50g
- (A)ミックスナッツ : 15g
- (A)牛乳 : 100g
- (A)卵 : 1個
- 卵黄 : 1個分

プリン液を作る

バナナの皮をむいて1本と1/2本分を適当な大きさに切ってボウルに入れ、プリン液用にする。
残りの1/2本は5mm幅ほどの輪切りにしてトッピング用にする。
プリン液用のバナナを潰す。
(A)を加えてホイッパーで混ぜる。 -

耐熱容器に1を流し入れる。
トッピング用のバナナを上に乗せる。
溶きほぐした卵黄を刷毛で表面に塗る。
180℃に予熱したオーブンで30分焼く。
粗熱を取って完成。
Point
