  • (A) Milk : 145g
  • (A) Sugar : 25g
  • (A) Dry yeast : 3g
  • (B) Wheat flour : 300g
  • (B) Salt : 3g
  • 無塩バター : 30g
  • 油 : 適量
  • 砂糖 : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) Make the dough 00:01

    Put (A) into a bowl and mix with a rubber spatula, then add (B) and mix.

    Place the dough on the baking sheet and then shape the remaining dough in the same way.
    Once all the dough has been shaped, cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 40 minutes.
