- sugar : 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice : 1 tablespoon
- Strawberries (small grains) : Appropriate amount
- (A) Fresh cream (47%) : 1 pack
- (A) Sugar : 1 tablespoon
- Corn flakes : Appropriate amount
- Strawberry sauce : Strawberry jam + a little water
- Powdered sugar : Appropriate amount

Put the cream cheese in a bowl and mix well until smooth. -

Point
・ Cream cheese is hard when taken out of the refrigerator, so it is recommended to heat it in the microwave.
・ When lemon juice is added, it becomes a slightly loose cream, but it is just right when made into a parfait.
・ Small strawberries are recommended. It is easy to enter the parfait glass and has a good balance that is cute even with toppings.
・ It is delicious even if you chop the strawberries into small pieces and add them.
・ The balance of whipped cream is better if it is not too sweet.
