Ingredients

  • にんにく : 1片
  • 玉ねぎ : 1/2個(120g)
  • 人参 : 60g
  • オリーブオイル : 大さじ1と1/2
  • 豚ひき肉 : 300g
  • バター : 15g
  • 赤ワイン : 600ml
  • Diced tomato pack : 1パック
  • 塩 : 適量
  • 胡椒 : 適量
  • (A) Ketchup : 大さじ1
  • (A) Miso : 小さじ1
  • (A) Oyster sauce : 小さじ1
  • (A) Chicken stock powder : 小さじ1
  • パスタ : 100g

Procedure

  1. 1) Cutting the material 00:09

    Chop the onion, carrot, and garlic.

    フライパンにオリーブオイルとにんにくを入れ、弱火で炒める。
    香りが出たら、玉ねぎと人参を加えて炒める。
    玉ねぎがあめ色になったらバットに取り出す。

  3. 3) ミートソースを作る 00:47

    フライパンをキッチンペーパーで拭き取り、バターを入れて加熱する。
    豚ひき肉を加え、ほぐさずに中火で焼き色がつくまで加熱する。
    焼き色がついたら裏返し、粗くほぐす。
    赤ワインを加え沸騰したら、トマト角切りパックと2を加えて蓋をし、弱火で30分程煮込む。
    塩、胡椒を加えて混ぜ、煮詰まったら(A)を加えて混ぜる。

  4. 4) パスタを絡める 02:28

    Add 5g of salt (not included in the recipe) to 1L of hot water (not included in the recipe) and boil the pasta for the indicated time.
