- Salmon fillet : 2 slices (approx. 150g)
- (A) Alcohol : 大さじ1
- (A) Mirin : 小さじ2
- Salt (for salmon fillets) : 小さじ1/2
- (B) Sesame oil : 小さじ1
- (B) White sesame : 大さじ1/2
- Salt (for seasoning) : 適量

Preparing the salmon fillets

Rub salt (for salmon fillets) all over the salmon fillets, allowing it to absorb.
Leave for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, wipe the salmon fillets dry with kitchen paper. -

Boil the salmon fillets

Add water (not included in the recipe) to a frying pan and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, add 1 and boil for 3 to 4 minutes.
Once cooked, transfer to a tray and drain.
