Ingredients
- Fresh cream : 200cc
- sugar : 2 tablespoons
- egg yolk : 1 piece
- condensed milk : 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla extract : A few drops

Whisk cream

Put fresh cream and granulated sugar in a bowl and whisk with a whisk. The trick is to finish it loosely.

Add egg yolk and vanilla extract

Add only egg yolk and mix, add condensed milk and vanilla extract, and stir the whole well. (If any, add a small amount of vanilla bean paste to increase the flavor)
To finish, use a rubber spatula and scoop from the bottom to mix. -

Put in a container and freeze

Pour into a vat and flatten the whole. Completed by freezing in the freezer for about 4 hours.
Point
・ A simple recipe for vanilla ice cream that you can make at home.
・ If you are at home, add a little vanilla bean paste to increase the flavor.
・ Any container can be used for cooling. (* Some containers are made of materials that break when frozen, so check before using.)
・ Frozen ice cream is hard, so if you leave it at room temperature for a while, it will be easier to remove it with a spoon.
