Ingredients
- Dried tapioca : 60g
- gum syrup : 2 pieces
- Black honey : Appropriate amount
- condensed milk : Appropriate amount
- milk : About 150 ml

Procedure

Boil dried tapioca

Boil a generous amount of water in a pan and boil the dried tapioca that has been soaked in water overnight for about 5 minutes.

After boiling, soak in water and entangle with gum syrup. The chewy texture increases and the tapioca becomes sweeter.

Put tapioca and ice in a glass. Add black honey to the inner side of the glass while dripping, and add condensed milk in the same way.
Pour milk to the edge of the glass and you're done. Drink while mixing with the black honey that has accumulated on the bottom.
Point
・ Recipe for brown sugar tapioca milk made from dried tapioca.
・ For dried tapioca, soak about 4 cups of 60g in water overnight.
・ By soaking tapioca in sugar water after boiling, the chewy texture can be improved and sweetened.
・ Ice may or may not be added.
・ By hanging black honey on the inner side of the glass, it looks like a shop.
・ If you use strawberry jam in addition to black honey, it will have a strawberry milk flavor.
