  • minced meat : 300g
  • 白ねぎ : 適量

  • (A) Soy sauce : 小さじ1
  • (A) Sesame oil : 大さじ1/2

  • (A) Potato starch : 大さじ1
  • (A) Egg : 1個
  • (A)生姜チューブ : 適量
  • (A) Water : 大さじ2
  • (B) Soy sauce : 大さじ4
  • (B) Mirin : 大さじ3
  • (B) Alcohol : 大さじ2
  • (B) Sugar : 小さじ1
  • (C) Potato starch : 1/2 teaspoon
  • (C) Water : 1 tablespoon

Procedure
