- (C) Potato starch : 1/2 teaspoon

Put the minced meat in a bowl, add (A) and knead with your hands.

Add about 5mm of oil to a frying pan and place over medium heat. Scoop 1 into the frying pan and shape it into a ball.
Once browned, flip it over, and once the entire surface is browned, remove it from the oven. -

Boil for 1 minute, then add 4 and mix.
Turn off the heat and pour in the (C) that has been melted in a separate container, and mix quickly.
Turn the heat back on and heat for 30 seconds or more, then remove from heat when it has reached your desired thickness. -

Point
・The serving size shown is for 15 to 20 pieces.
You can use any type of minced meat.
- If you prefer, you can use a garlic tube instead of the ginger tube.
・It will taste better if you don't drain the oil after frying.
-If you like, you can use a sweet and sour sauce made from 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of sake, and 2 teaspoons of sugar.
